He listened as Louis talked about how the goggles worked, taking them carefully and putting them on. He did everything as Louis told him, and smiled when the potion was broken down in the lenses before his eyes. Laughing, Josh shook his head. “Incredible….
“I guess,” Louis said, trying to be humble but his smile gave him away. In reality he was supremely proud of these goggles; they were his first completed invention, ones he would be proud to share with the world once they were ready. And if others didn’t like them as much as he did? Well, he’d cross that bridge when he came to it. “thanks,” he said and took the batboy sandwich offered, more excited than hungry.
Suddenly, a thought struck him that had been in the back of his mind for a while. They were an odd pair, he and Josh, and the whispers had eventually met louis’s ears “hey, Joshua?” Louis asked, looking over at his friend as he took a bite “why do you hang out with me?”
Computer is crapping out on me, so I’m mobile. The problem from before is mostly solved, so I should be able to post regularly again soon.
I’ve run into some money issues, and trying to make up that deficit has cut my internet time for taking extra hours at my current job, taking on extra side jobs, doing small writing commissions on deviantArt, and whatever the hell else I can do that’s legal to make up the remaining money.
So, for the time being, I’m going to be a little slow (likely until about the 1st of april) but I’ll still try and get on as much as possible.
I really hate studying.
Urgh i know right i hate it massively. I feel like ive been cooped up in my dorm for the last few weeks. I’m pretty sure ive forgotten what sunlight looks like -chuckles-
Forget sun… I don’t think I could tell you what Rory looks like at this point.
